For Dock Owners
1. Download the dockaboat.app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and click on the “Sign Up” button.
3. Fill in your personal information, including your name and phone number.
4. Enter your email address and create a secure password for your account.
5. Verify your account through the email confirmation sent to your email address.
6. Select Dock Owner on the User’s page.
7. Enter your dock details, including the dock’s location, availability, and rental price.
8. Enter payout method.
9. Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
10. Click on the “Confirm” button.
11. Once you’ve completed these steps, your dock will be listed on the dockaboat.app for boaters to rent.
As a Dock Owner, you have complete control over the rental price of your dock. You can set a price that works for you based on the size and location of your dock, as well as any amenities you may offer.
If you are unable to honor a reservation, it is your responsibility to cancel it as soon as possible, so that your guest has time to make alternate arrangements. Please contact us, and we will assist you in handling the cancellation.
For Boat Owners
1. Download the dockaboat.app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and click on the “Sign Up” button.
3. Fill in your personal information, including your name and phone number.
4. Enter your email address and create a secure password for your account.
5. Verify your account through the email confirmation sent to your email address.
6. Select Dock Owner on the User’s page.
7. Enter your dock details, including the dock’s location, availability, and rental price.
8. Search for available docks in your desired location and filter your results by date, size, and amenities.
You can pay for your dock rental directly through the dockaboat.app using a secure payment method.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you should do so as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the dock owner, so be sure to review it before making your reservation.
